隨著建筑市場(chǎng)的不斷發(fā)展，傳統(tǒng)的建筑現(xiàn)場(chǎng)澆砌模式資源利用率低、人力成本過高、安全系數(shù)較低和對(duì)環(huán)境的負(fù)面影響大等此類弊端與越來越嚴(yán)格的施工要求、能耗控制、安全保障、環(huán)境保護(hù)的矛盾日益凸顯。
預(yù)制是一種資源高效的建筑方式。與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)澆筑相比，工廠預(yù)制構(gòu)件可提高施工速度，減少所需人員。施工中采用的預(yù)制構(gòu)件可提供更加安全和健康的工作環(huán)境，物料搬運(yùn)更加快捷，同時(shí)產(chǎn)生更少的廢料。此外，由于采用了高精度預(yù)制混凝土模具，降低了對(duì)水泥和鋼材的使用量，預(yù)制釋放的二氧化碳較現(xiàn)場(chǎng)澆筑施工相比大幅減少。
我公司與Elematic合作開發(fā)出具有業(yè)內(nèi)先進(jìn)水平的預(yù)制混凝土模具。

2）模具表面平面度公差值≤4mm。
3）模具對(duì)角線尺寸誤差不超過±1mm。
4）模具邊緣直線度公差≤2mm。
With the development of the construction market.The traditional ways of casting on site is low utilization rate of resources,high human cost,bad for the environment around and unsafe. All of these above formed a serious contradiction with the requirement of construction which is more and more strict,the environment protection,the safety factors,and the resource control.
Precast concrete is a efficient construction method.Comparing with the old ways,it can improve the construction speed, reduces the need for Construction personnel , provide more safe and healthy working environment , make the material delivery more efficient and produce less waste. In addition, due to the high accuracy of precast concrete mold, it also reduces the use amount of cement and steel and carbon dioxide released by precast is much more less than casting on site. Our company and Elematic cooperation to develop a precast concrete mould is the advanced level in this area in China .
The precast concrete mould developed by CTIEC and Elecmatic have reached to domestic advanced level.
